To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you make about how your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available through a link on our website footer and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested. This privacy policy details the ways we collect information from you; how we use that information; your ability to access, update, or request that we delete your information; our commitment to data security; changes to this policy; and how you may reach us should you have any questions.

Please review this information and let us know if you have any questions.

Note: This policy doesn’t apply to third-party websites linked on this site. We cannot guarantee that any linked third-party sites handle your data in the same way we do. We recommend you read their privacy statements before using any site linked from ours.

The types of information we collect may include, but are not limited to, names (individual and business names), physical/mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.

The Way We Use the Information We Collect

We use the information you provide about yourself through our website to contact you regarding the specific reason you submitted your information, such as to send webinar and event announcements, to send our newsletter, and to respond to your request for additional information about the Duluth Donut Dash’s products and services. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent to which it is required by law for the protection of our legal rights.

Complianz

We use Complianz, a cookie consent management platform, to record and remember your cookie preferences. This tool places a strictly necessary/functional cookie on your device to store your consent choices so that we can comply with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR and/or CCPA) and avoid asking for your consent repeatedly. This cookie does not track your browsing activity and is not used for advertising or analytics purposes. You may accept or deny consent, as well as manage your preferences, at any time through the Manage Consent banner in the bottom-right corner of the website. For more information, please see the Complianz privacy policy.

Forms, Spam Protection & Website Security

Gravity Forms
We use Gravity Forms to build our contact forms on this site. When you submit a form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message, so we can respond to you. Wordfence processes visitor IP addresses and request data as part of its firewall and malware-scanning functions. This processing occurs automatically for all visitors, as it is necessary for the security of our site, and is not contingent on cookie consent. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in maintaining site security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Wordfence may share threat data (such as malicious IP addresses) with its global threat intelligence network to improve security across sites using the plugin. For more information, see WordFence’s privacy policy.
